The Whale Shark is the largest fish in the world. They can grow up to 50 feet in length and approximately 13 tons. The plankton-eating sharks have a lifespan of up to 150 years and belong to the shark family.

Whale Sharks are usually difficult to find. They are normally found in tropical seas only.

However, a few years ago, a Whale Shark got caught in local fishermen's nets.

Diving with a Whale Shark

They're like big puppy dogs. They're very playful and are very interested in divers like me with food in hand.
